We deliver directly from stock. Stock is monitored in real time.

Delivery throughout Romania – Fixed fee: 20 lei – delivery in approximately 1-3 working days*

Delivery is carried out in Romania through a courier company between 9:00-17:00, from Monday to Friday, in approximately 1-3 working days* from placing and electronically confirming the order at the customer’s specified address. For contractual terms, details are available here.
Free delivery for orders over 300 lei just for Romania.
*estimate based on average. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
*For customized orders, add an additional 2-3 working days to the estimate.
EU Delivery – DHL Express – Starting from 89 lei** – delivery in 2-3 working days*
EU Delivery – DHL Economy – Starting from 89 lei** – delivery in 5-10 working days*

**the cost is automatically displayed during the order placement process and is calculated based on volumetric weight and postal code.
For deliveries outside Romania, transportation costs will be borne by the customer regardless of the order value.
*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed starting from Monday. Orders shipped on Friday will reach you on Monday.
*For customized orders, add 2-3 working days to the estimate.
Ensure that delivery and contact details are correct when placing the order; if incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the products will not reach you. We recommend checking the entered details multiple times before placing the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want you to be fully satisfied when buying from our website. Therefore, if you are not delighted with your purchases, you can return them within 14 days, and we will refund their value.

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts:

“The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.”

Check the products upon reception; if you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any later complaints will not be considered.
You can return or exchange any product purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the moment the package reaches you.

ATTENTION* The following products will not be accepted for return according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 dated 04/06/2014 (enumeration is not exhaustive):
– Customized products as per customer requirements (e.g., trousseau and candles)
– Products that have been worn, damaged, washed, or soiled
– Products removed from the original packaging for intimate hygiene reasons (e.g., dress, towel, socks…)

The return or exchange process:
– The return/exchange process is NOT done over the phone or by text message (SMS)
– The return transportation cost is borne by the customer. We will send the courier to the delivery address within 3 working days of receiving the return or exchange request.
– The return transportation cost is 20 lei, deducted from the reimbursement amount.
– Do not hand money to the courier unless explicitly requested. Most return pickups are prepaid, and the return transportation cost is deducted from the reimbursement amount.
Exchange can only be made for the same product, a smaller or larger size. If you want a replacement with a different product, it will be considered a return. Follow the return procedure above and then place a new order for the desired product. The two processes are independent: the return is processed separately, and you will receive the money back according to the return procedure; the new order will reach you like any other order.
It is very important not to send the products yourself; we will send a courier to pick them up from the order address. This way, we can easily track the procedure.
We do not perform direct exchanges with the courier. Any request for exchange with a different size will be processed by taking over the product, receiving it in our warehouse, and then delivering the replacement.
In the case of an exchange for a different size, the takeover cost is borne by us. You will only pay for the return transportation to you.
Pack the product/s in a sturdy material, preferably a transport pouch for clothing items (large boxes generate high transportation costs). Pack candles and trousseaus in the original transport box.
Send the product/s together with all related labels and accessories intact in exactly the same condition as received (the label should not be torn, the product should not be worn, soiled, or damaged), otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for products with visible signs or missing certain elements from those listed.
The money refund period may take up to 14 calendar days from the moment the products reach our warehouse. After inspecting the product’s condition, we will notify you by email if you meet the reimbursement terms.
– If the order payment was made with a card, you will receive the refund in the same account from which you made the payment.
– If the order payment was made in cash (cash on delivery), you must provide us with a bank account (IBAN).

Conditions for return/exchange:
